LESSONSLessons are held every Saturday morning between 10am and 12noon - on our superb, all weather, school. We cater for all riders of all abilities and levels - from 3 years and upwards and encouraging families to participate together.. We encourage full integration - irrespective of physical, learning or social disabilities. We have trained staff who are able to offer a good quality lesson to all ages. Riding lessons are designed for people of differing abilities, linking people of similar abilities to ride together regularly. The aim of The Stables is to teach riding and improve on people's skills. This will be achieved by separating large group lessons into 2 rides each consisting of the rider's similar abilities. An assessment lesson is encouraged to place the rider on an appropriate ride. Beginners are expected to wear good flat shoes and jogging bottoms or loose clothing (no shorts, please). Riding hats to the B.S.I. standards are loaned, as part of the lesson cost, until the rider purchases their own. The Riding School is insured but riders do ride at their own risk. Personal Rider Insurance can be purchased (for more information please ask the staff). Group lesson is £7 per person. Private lessons are available in the week and appointments can be made by calling Donna or Cate on 07958-919437 The booking format is for people to book their slot for as many weeks ahead as they wish, that way ensuring the suitability of the time for their commitments. However, please be aware that our cancellation policy requires all bookings to be fully paid for. See more of our lessons in action
